Hi guys, its Sally hope you are all doing well and keeping up the good running!!! i havent run for 3 weeks o no!!! so im going to struggle, all i did was eat eat and eat!! lol x

I got back last week but couldnt face running just yet so im going to run on my own tonight, with Lorri but earli then come to the club next week, hope youv all missed me!!! he he joking, i will see you soon

Hi Steve,

Im very well, i havent had an injury thank god, i went away to St lucia it was Lovely! i got back last week and now im depressed!! the weathers crap and my tans gone already, o well never mind. I just cant get to gripps with running just yet! i went for a run thursday with Lorri instead of coming to the club as i didnt want to make a full out of my self, i only did 4miles and evan had to walk a bit then, im sure il get back in to it. Hows it been up thier anyway? anything new?

Thanks for the reply, yeh i am good, i went away to st lucia it was brilliant, now im back to this rubbish weather, i got back last week.
Il be back to the club on tues!! i think! iv got to get back into it but its hard, iv now had over 3weeks of running.!

I'm not surprised your depressed coming back from there, the weather has been like this for ages now, even my pathetic tan is disappearing fast Sad

I've missed the odd session recently at the club, but dont think there is anything new and exciting to report.
