HelloHi guys hope all is well, and training hard, i really miss the club, i will be back! but not for a while as its a bit to far for me to travel all the time i wasnt getting back to late and then eating, it isnt good, but next year il be moving up a bit closer. il pop down and see everyone or if any events come up Drinking ones! not that i drink much but il come out with Lorri and see everyone, im still training but not as much, im doing a bit of running, walking boxercise classes, just to keep fitness up, so when i get back to running il still be a bit fit. Miss ya all and il see you soon

Hi ya Sally, glad ur well.
As I live that way too and still wanted to get to the club I managed to change my hours at work from 8-4pm so I can still make it.......don't know if ur able to do that???
Still, move back to Benfleet in 4 weeks anyway!!Can't wait to not have to pack a bag at 6am every club day.
When you moving closer?? Would be good to see ya.

I only work till 4 anyway but its more the evening not getting back to 930 10 then eating late etc.. just a bit of a pain i dont really like driving late aswell, im half hour from romf so sometimes take me an hour, but i will be back, il stay at me mum and dads one night and pop down and see ya. Im not really running much me knees kept playing up so ive been doing classes and that and walking etc, so when i do get back to running its gona take me a while to get bcak in to it!

Hows things you still running well? silly question really! i no you are.
Dont Worry il be behind you one day youl be amazed! im going to get back into running again, at the mo i just havent got anyone who wants to run and who can push me so i find it so hard to push myself, i need mikee or someone to give me a push. I may not be at the club for a while but il surprise ya one day, hopefully youl be their then!
