Well done to the Ladies on taking the team prize.

My first 10 mile race for round 5 years believe it or not, I had to search for my PB on-line as it was so long ago!. I ran 1:16:44 at Woking in 2003 so yesterday was quite a big PB for me.

Well done to everyone who took part yesterday, special mention to Andy F and Mike G who cycled to the race and still ran very good times (although we wont mention the padlock incident Mike!)
