Totally recommend this run which also has a 5 miler and a Fun Run. The Half takes you through Walton,along the promenade and back into Frinton.I've done it twice and it is a really enjoyable run,plus as they don't seem to advertise it, it doesn't get crowded,and its only a tenner!!!
Definitely in my top 3 of runs.

I'll second that - highly recommended. It's as flat as a pancake and a mega fast course and it's very pretty too along the seafront. Can't do it this year unfortunately but those after a PB go out and do this one.
