Felsted 10km 12 .07.09Just thought I would put my pennysworth in about this one.I was told this was a nice ,flat and fastish course .Well it was a nice course but that was about it.The first half is quicker than the second by virtue of the fact that the second half is "Lumpy".Bob reckoned it was mostly flat, but as I pointed out he is Scottish!A fair few from benfleet turned up for this and I believe Jo B grabbed a PB, so big well done for that. What is going on with the photos???
Everybody else looks cool and in control - i look as though I'm on my way out! I enjoy this run and I think this was the quickest I've done the felsted 10k. interesting and scenic route and always great support at the finish. Very good performances all round. unfortunately too slow to get a blue t-shirt and subsequently had to decline the green version. Nice to see Trevor and his finger back together again. They run so well together. |
