Cross Country PracticeCross Country Training Sessions 10am – 11ammeet Benfleet Station Car Park, School Lane, Benfleet These will be practice session for the Junior team in the Essex Cross Country League, but all adults are more than welcome to join us for a couple of miles across sections of the Hadleigh Downs. If you haven't tried a Cross Country before, or just want an extra session on Saturday morning, come and join us ! Saturday 19th September Saturday 26th September Saturday 3rd October probably@ One Tree Hill (Sat 10th Oct Essex Cross Country League Race #1 – One Tree Hill) Sat 17th October Children’s Cross Country Session 10am – 11am Sat 24th October Benfleet Juniors Cross Country CHAMPIONSHIPS 10am Sat 7th November Children’s Cross Country Session 10am – 11am (Sat 14th November Essex Cross Country League Race #2 – venue Hylands Park) Sat 21st November Children’s Cross Country Session 10am – 11am (Sat 28th November Essex Cross Country League Race #3 – venue Hockley) Min age 11 yrs olds for the Cross Country League, but anyone is welcome to join us for the practice. |
