Calling all new members...........Crown-Crown 13th May 2009Congratulations to Charlotte who had another fantastic run last night to retain her 'crown' from last month.
Counted only 6 BRC vests, all with good performances, and was thinking on the way home that this event would be ideal for any of the growing masses of new members looking to start racing........It's a short, local & well run event. There's no pressure (ideal for Stress Head's) and great for those that seem to run better of an evening. Every age, (so no babysitter required) and ability is catered for with not only your quality club runners but a lot of unattached first timers.
You can set your own goals.........mine is to get round quicker each month.........so far so good as 30 seconds quicker last night compared to last month.
