Good luck with this one....my first marathon one year ago in the snow.
Great memories.....actually thinking about it no, it was very painful indeed but a sense of achievement afterwards !
Enjoy

I had a reasonably good run at Bungay black dog. The weather was fantastic, lots of sunshine but a wee bit too hot I guess. I tried to pace myself and all was going well until 17 miles. I still can't believe how difficult the last 6 miles are. Nevertheless 2 minutes 'faster' than Paris 14 days ago! Time 4H 44min.
Bring on London!
I have to say thanks to JBD and Ernie for putting this one on the map. It is a little gem of a run with great marshalling, great scenery, good course and an interesting combined event with the Half marathon. Even an on site club house for a quick beer!
Let the tapering begin.

Very well done Bob, what a contrast to last year's weather - not sure which I would prefer, probably the snow.
Yes it's a lovely course and lots of local support, one I'll definitely want to attempt again some time.
