Benfleet Juniors Cross Country Training Sessions OPEN TO ALLBenfleet Juniors Cross Country Training SessionThis is the first of many XC Practice runs over Hadleigh Downs to get our Juniors ready for the Essex Cross County League races. However, the practice is open to all Junior and Adult members, and will be a good introduction to XC for those adults who want to try the Leagues this year. Meet 10am Benfleet Station Car Park, School Lane end. Approx 1 hours running over the Downs with the Juniors. (and believe me some of them are fast!) We will be doing a loop course so it is open to all ages and abilties.
