Benfleet Juniors Cross Country Championships 24/10/09We will be holding our annual Benfleet Juniors Cross Country Championships on Saturday 24th October 10am.Race will start at 10.15am, and is open to Club Members and family. We will meet at our normal place at the end of the gravel path. Park in the Station Car Park in School Lane (at the bottom of Essex Way) and walk up the slope and onto the Hadleigh Downs. Continue along the higher gravel path until you see our Start area. The route will be approx 1 mile, with a couple of hills. All finishers will receive a medal, and we will award Age Group trophies at our next Training Session/or awards night. If any adult members are free on Saturday and would like to help, we do need a sweeper, and a hare for the children to follow on-course. All help appreciated.
