Hehe. Good start! Has anyone looked at last years ones to see if they have achieved their declared resolutions...?! I think I failed on a few considering I have been injured again, whoops. Still, I have improved my drinking skills, which is obviously a top priority

2006 Entered two Sprint Tri's and withdrew from both due to injury
2007 Entered and completed Sprint Tri's and a couple of 10K's and no injuries
2008 Entered Olympic Tri and maybe a Half Marathon? Just need to keep injury free and a couple of new knees would be handy, along with new heart and lungs also wouldn't go amiss

No Karl, I beg to differ! There were plenty of witnesses!
The policemen that stopped me to ask if I was ok, random cars going past beeping their horns and the garage attendant who sold me the best chocolate milkshake I've ever tasted (mars milk) at Toomeys in Laindon at about 4am!
Plus two of my mates who kept texting me to check I was still alive!
So there!
Stacey, the mate who dared me to do it has since brought me a bottle of Jack Daniels for my effort! My fluid of choice for the first few miles was quater of a bottle of the stuff! Never again!!!!
