Can you list the Merit Tables Races coming up on the Merit Table page, so I know which races to enter, or is that cheating?

for the merit table it just needs to be any race that is officially measured, and is included in the distances for the merit table:

There are 5 merit table distances that you can gain point, these are 5k, 10k, 5 miles, 10 miles, half-marathon (13.1 miles)
