1 mile/ 5km track meetHeld at Thurrock Harriers track 3rd wednesday in the month (over the winter months) first time for me decided on the mile race
Pb goes back to September at Vicky Park where my time was 8:11.
Tonight there were 3 of us, the other two were real fast guys they disappeared into the distance till they lapped me on lap 2
So in theory i was on my own, but finished in 7:43 thats a pb by 28 seconds
I'm going back next month. It ends in April though i expect till October
