my right calf pulled on tuesday morning probably the result of doing the southend half without enough training i guess. deffinately out of horndon tomorrow and very doubtfull for thundersley 5k.
having said that it went 400m from home so i got back without agravating it further and got it iced straight away and was already booked in to physio for that night. managed to do loads of ice compression , compex etc in 1st 48 hrs so im quite optimistic of jogging again by friday so i might just make it for the thundersley one and hopefully brentwood the following weekend.
cant be too upset as ive had a solid 6 months where recently for the first time in years ive been able to train rather than just jog.
