This years Duathlon date is Sunday 3rd June ...

3 Mile Run / 15 Mile Cycle / 2 Mile Run
The usual Hanningfield course

Put your name on the list in the club house
Dust your bikes down

And get training ....

Hi Mike - I don't think the list was up when I was at the clubhouse last night.

In fact all I can remember was a warning that cakes for the Benfleet 15 need to be BIG.

Anyway count me in.
