Karl,
Surely there should be an old, lapsed, with a possibility of being BAR (born-again runner) section?
I feel this is only fair as after spending the last three days in the Lake District trying desperately to keep up with my (non-running) mate up the hills / mountains I need all the motivation I can get.
Any suggestions for someone who spends the time he used to spend training, walking dogs would be appreciated :grommit:
Cheers,
John.

Jack/John
Suggest you get to the club on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I ran with Karl and his sunday runners today, albeit the last 4 miles and reallyenjoyed it.
Also, I was an excellent drinkstop at mile 15 or so
