Good luck fellas

It clashes with my 5km training sadly, if i ever run under 18 minutes for 5km i might re-consider

I'll be there (for the last couple of hours) just to ensure a DNF doesn't occur.

Will bring whip just in case Karl decides to take it too easy.

If you pull in a good time Karl you should think about joining Gazza in the GUCR next year.

I'll be there - but I seriously doubt I'll be doing the full distance. Doing this as part of me Ironman training, but dont think going all the way 5 weeks before Sherborne is particluarly advisable. Plus given the proximity to the big day I can't really afford a tapering week next week.

If you want to chill out and realx the day before Stef 'James Blunt' Cohen will be singing his little heart out in the Minerva on Southend sea front. Come join me for a couple of jars of carbo loading.

Graham, is "James Blunt" cockney-rhyming-slang by any chance ?

I know that feeling from Dark Lane. I thought the leaders might let me finish the 1st lap before they went flying by me on the end of their 2nd and last lep.
