Karl - with regard to the Benfleet League, you will see I have now completed 6 of the required 8 races.

The 7th will be the Canvey Rotary 5K this weekend. For the 8th to count - do we need to post a race from ALL distances up to half marathon? Or just 4 of the 5 distances, no more than 2 per distance (5K, 5mile, 10K, 10 mile in my case).

This will help me decide between a 10K or a half-marathon to complete the 8.

No, you only need to do 4 out of the 5 race distances.
(So you can miss the 1/2M if you hate it !)

WELL when Mikey was doing this, and the MT he didn't publish any more results from now until the winners were annouced at the Presentation Night.

I am not sure about that idea, so might update the web once more for races up to the end of November say. At least that way people near the top can plan more races in to make an assault on the title...

what do people think..??
