Is soul destroying after half an hour!

Brainwave...... off road in spikes for long runs while the big thaw happens.

Try watching a DVD at the same time, in fact I think we now have Sky if I knew how to work it.

Watched touching the void one Sunday in November (the day of Stubbers) during a 15mile treadmill run!!!!

Or buy a head torch and take to the woods!
