For anyone not doing the club Duathlon, there is a trail race on at Papermill lock Tea Rooms Litle Baddow. CM3 4BS

May 31 Sun Trail 6,10 miles
Tea Shop Trail Paper Mill Lock tea rooms, 9:15-10:30am Start
Organised by Mid Essex Casuals
Not sure of cost but usually £3-4.
