Please see link below-

a zip file Essex_Way_TomTom.zip which contains 3 files.

This is the start of each leg, plus the end of leg 10, saved as a Point of Interest for users of the TomTom sat-nav devices.

The file Essex_way.txt contains instructions on how to copy them to your TomTom. The other 2 files are the actual map positions (Essex_way.ov2), and an Icon (Essex_way.bmp) which I have tried to make as close to the Essex Way poppies as I could.
