|

I know everyone is focusing on FLM at the moment, but come mid/end May would any one be interested in doing a monthly meet at the Track for some speed work ?
I can't get to the normal Saturday morning effort/int sessions so thought I might start doing my own on a Sunday morning...???
Hoping to start doing mile time trials, Cooper test, etc.
Not sure if Waterside is available on a Sunday, or if Gloucester Park is out of operation..? And what about the "old" track at the start of Southend 10k..??
??
