Although he seized up every sinew in his body don't forget:
he is a 5'8'' man carrying 190 lbs body weight.
week 1 his mile split was 8.20
week 4 6.10
shows what mass overload training can do if you need it.....

He also had access to a lot of learned knowledge and hi-tech training/reparation equipment. In my opinion he should be on Jackass - along with the warnings that apply to those that try to emulate.

John, good point. He basically repaired himself after every session. I don't think we could condone this type of action even if the person was from Rayleigh...
