I am just coming to the end of a course I have been running for Castle Point council. This is for ladies who have never run before but would like to give it a try with support and encouragement from someone who has been there. It is a six week course and the next one starts on Tuesday 3rd November at 10.45 - 11.45. It takes place at the club car park.
