Award to Fastest Male and Female runner in the club
((BENFLEET LEAGUE 2007 Male Winner : Steve Desborough Female Winner : Julia Palmer))
You have to run at least 4 out of the 5 MT distances (1/2M , 10 M , 10k , 5 M , and 5k.)

Best 8 results to count , max 2 from any distance.

Male & Female Competition
Points based on % of first male and female runners official finish time
1st Male & Female Finish time = 100%
1st Benfleet Male & Female – % of the first time( Might get 98 % of finish time – Possibly 100% if one of our ladies ) 2nd Benfleet Male & Female - % of the first time
3rd Benfleet Male & Female - % of the first time
Best 8 results to count towards final total
Must have at least one result from each Merit Table distance
( Max 2 results from any distance )

Paddock Wood Half, Nicola's 5, Baddow 10, PB 5, Southend Half Marathon

Results are on the Benfleet League webpage, and also I have marked a few races in the future that will count towards the League this year.

Can I suggest you check the results for the Dark Lane 5K as I appear to have scored over 1 point for this race, so I must have beat the winner home.

I probably should keep quiet, but I'm sure somebody will notice at some point.

Ian, yes I have already noticed that some numpty put in the wrong finisher times..ie ME !
