|
|
Hiya, we spoke about this last year, when MM1 and myself did a short run in the woods (head torches, the lot) as a practice for the Kent Moonlight Challange.
Ernie and myself are going to do another run in February (probably a Weds night) starting approx 7pm (or when it gets dark, obviously)
Only 5/6 miles.
Any one care to join us, and we could make it a regular thing ?

Hi Karl
If I can sort out this back problem that I have at the moment, you can count me in.

Id like to. Did a bat run with Ernie last year. Have been out on a few short ones this year with paddy but not at Hockley - too many wierdos although I have seen other wierdos with running kit and head torches.
I think Ernie has my mobile no otherwise I pick up the work email address quicker than pms/my home one.

I'm always amazed by people ? i've come across in Hockley Woods at night .... never stop to chat though !
I need the night training though as I have entered a race this year involving 3 probably 4 nights of running.
Karl should post some dates shortly but what we are talking about is Wednesday nights but I'm up for it at least a couple of times a week if anyone likes to join me.... I'm easy to contact. |
