On the subject of marshals for the 10th. I'm down to marshal but due to being a little 'out of the loop' with regards to seeing everyone at the club I need to know where exactly to meet on the day.
I've seen the xc webpage but it doesn't give a road, or mention a car park that will be a meeting point for marshals. Can someone please let me know exactly where the marshals meet?
Thanks,
John. _________________ Gordon: Go on then, run!

i think it will be in the car park at the end of chappel lane (parking is £2) thats where we met for the training run on sat.
ill try to find out more on tuesday (if i go) as my mrs is going to be marshalling and i need to find out for her. so ill report back on wednesday. _________________ one solution would be to kill voronin, thereby exponentially improving the squad. in fact, set fire to him in protest at hicks and gillett |

David's right in that we meet at the Car park at the end of Chapel Lane.
I'm sure Karl will add a map when he reads this
But for the time being to find Chapel Lane :
Leave Hadleigh One Way System heading towards Vic House Corner ( out of Southend)
At the traffic lights turn Left into Chapel lane - ( between Fire Station & Vic House )
Follow Chapel Lane To end - Turning right along track to Country park car park.
Race starts @ 10:30, but if marshalling try to get there for 9:00, as you will need to walked out to your marshalling positions.
Try to car share if possible

don't panic - all will be revelaed as to where we want you, and by what time.. |

Thanks guys.
I'm notorious for getting lost so I like to know where I need to be well before I'm meant to be there!
Cheers,
