at last i get to do a 10km 1st in about 20 months. Though did a 5 miler in may.

Sorry
had my first ever DNF
Was ok on the 1st lap
2nd lap throbbing pain in my toes/base of toes which got worse, decided to finish just before 7km. before i made matters worse.

And you'd be pleased to know. Benfleets reputation is infamous. Talking to a clubmate of a RW forumite we have decent athletes.
Then afterwards someone else asked how i travelled miles to get to the race as Benfleet is just outside the Ukraine
I just laughed he was looking for a slap around the face (his words) but no-one ever does.
