After getting back from the X Country on Sunday (10th Dec) my toes were aching and felt bruised, which I've had before and feels fine a couple of days later.
Has anyone ever had the tip of their toe go black ?
It doesnt hurt now but just looks odd having one black tipped toe Sad

It may be a case of not running fast enough so the blood isn't flowing enough to reach all of your extremities!!!! Very Happy

Or it could be you are bashing your toes into the tips of your shoes when running downhill. Answer:- run faster downhill (eh Steff??) or make sure your shoes fit correctly so your foot doesn't move.

lol - yeah your right there Mark Smile
Ian said on Sunday it was my toes bashing against the end of my shoes but they seem to fit quite well and I dont have my laces too loose either.
I'll just try rolling down the hill next time or just slide down Very Happy
