Hi Lee...don't know it..I use Glucosamine and Choindoit....(sic)...let me know how it goes

Well been using it now for about 6 days and must admit have noticed a big improvement in my knees..

Glucosamine for works for me, take tablets no knee pain, knees ok so forget to take tablets and pain comes back Doh

Six days in bed sound good, will it make me run further?

Ian been taking that for few years, just dont seem to work.

So today bought myself an indoor bike trainer, to build up my quads, im so determined to beat Bob at Loch Ness this year!!!
Im coming back with vengence, 2007 year of injury for me! blackeye
