Hi boys and girls .. Ambition Events are just about to announce the return of London to Brighton on SEPTEMBER 28TH ! THERE WILL ONLY BE 50 PLACES
This is not to be confused with the race from London to Brighton that has aleready been announced

The original London to Brighton Road Race closed down to safety issues and due to lack of the many Regular Officials required to ensure the smooth running of this race.
Many stories abound of "near misses" between Cars and Runners and had a few close calls myself during this race of which I have completed 3 times in the past (I think Lorna may has done it 4 times).

If Ambition Events can pull this one off I'd be impressed but its good to hear that this "Historic old Race" is once again being run.

Oh Well ! never mind, looks like i wont be doing that then ! Its all gone tits up at ambition events ! Rory ( the race director, and the main reason i was doing ambition event races ) has had his job terminated which means weve lost loads of great races !
So plan B is now in operation ! ( see new subject ) and another race on my list of THINGS TO DO ! BEFORE I GET AS OLD AS MM 1, the Tooting Bec 24 hour track race... now even Ernie couldnt get Lost on that one !
quite simple .. run round and round in stupid circles for 24 hours ! last one standing wins ! My target 100 miles ........
