Hi Pam, well done today. Hope you enjoyed your first run in Benfleet colours and were happy with your time. A few of us were there with you today.
I think from what I heard you met Lorri and Sally at the finish, we will all see you down the club soon.

Hello
Thanks Andy yes i met Lorri and Sally spotteed the vests and introduced myself.
I'm going try and make this a regular outing. 27:46 today officially a lot slower than my best so hopefully next month i'll be a bit quicker
I was pleased with my time considering i haven't done any training appropriate for 5km.
