If you want to do just a slower 3.5 miles -----
Park in the Anchor Pub at the end of Ferry Road, Hullbridge you can run the last 3.5 miles with us.
Our 5 miles to there will take 45 mins so we should be there about 8.15am. |

Sunday 3rd May 7.30 am
Meet at Hockley Woods for Ernie's magical 10 miler.
Can be more, or less if you are post-london or pre-Halstead marathon.

Really Karl 10 easy/slow miles running trail shouldn't do any harm whether post London or pre Halstead Marathon.
Nothing like a good limbering up a week before the Halstead. |

Mike,
If I wasnt otherwise occupied (Recovering from Daughters leaving to New Zealand Party - ok its only for the snow season) I might have been interested. But you know i cant keep up with you so if you want to do a slow run on a sunday in future, let me know. Slow as in No faster than 10 min miling. However, I do want to get quicker

Will do MM2.
I need to do some regular 50-60% working heart rate stuff so long and slow is the name of the game.
Have fun with the carb loading tonight!
Mike
