As you may know, we have taken our Juniors indoors at Appelton School on a Tuesday night (6pm-7pm) and we will be indoors until April.

We have a strong, loyal, and patient band of Coaches/Leaders.

However, our first two weeks indoors have seen 50 Juniors attending.

Now this is not a problem, as we reacted to this before we started by booking the Main Hall,
and the Gym (and we also take one group outdoors for a longer run.)

BUT - we are always on the look-out for more adult Leaders to help us.

And if we have holidays, etc. we need to have back-up....

Don't Panic - all we want is your presence, enthusiasm and common-sense.

Treat it like a pre-Tuesday warm-up run.

We will also offer training, and put you on relevant courses if necessary.
