I was up for this then the ankle happened
Though i am now back running up to 5km at mo think its too soon to double the distance.
I have family coming over that weekend so i may come and watch may not depending on their plans

Weather was pretty much perfect. Even the Morris dancers couldn't spoil the day (as I got my PB).
Well done to all the Benfleet 'massive' (I mean all that entered not just Phil).

what was the off road bit like id forgotten about it when i said about the sonditions , was it slippery ?
