Did it last year so looking forward to a decent beer and chips in the pub afterwards

I was up for this then the ankle happened
Though i am now back running up to 5km at mo think its too soon to double the distance.
I have family coming over that weekend so i may come and watch may not depending on their plans
But good luck one and all _________________ I'll put something interesting here when i've thought of something, in the meantime heres some music. |

Weather was pretty much perfect. Even the Morris dancers couldn't spoil the day (as I got my PB).
Well done to all the Benfleet 'massive' (I mean all that entered not just Phil).
