Just heard about the Hever Castle Tri, 800m Open Water Swim, 40K bike and 8K run, I like the sound of this, another chance to use my wetsuit in anger.
Also a Half distance Sprint is on the same day if you think the swim is too long, more info on the link below:-

At last a child friendly tri.
They will love the castle etc

I'm in - doing the girlie Ann Boleyn distance
got 3 weeks in malaysia between London and this one so don't want to go too mad!!!
