Alright folks, I'm looking for a few volunteers to test out a Running Log I have been developing for some time. All you need is a PC (I take it you have one of them if you're reading this), Excel 97 and onwards, do some regular exercise and a few minutes each day for a few months to fill in a few details.

I started about a year ago to note down my efforts throughout the week and developed a system as to compare efforts week to week or month to month. It really helps spur me on, particularly when I'm feeling lazy! It kind of grew from there and I hope to get it loaded onto the net at some point after some testing.

All you would need to do is fill in the criteria for your exercise each day, be it running, going to the gym etc. and some simple questions about your nutrition. It's easy to fill in and helps as a guide to how well training is going, weight loss, or whatever your target is. There is also a race page where you can note all your results.

It helped me alot hit targets and goals in terms of times and positions I have wanted to achieve from the marathon to 5k races and I'm sure it can help many more people hit their targets.
