Any Benfleet Runners in the Grays Tri or doing the Sprint distance at London?

I am in the first wave at 12:00 for London, but I have pulled out from the Grays Tri, I may go and watch if I can get up in the morning

Hi, I'm doing the olympic event which I think is on Sunday. Not sure it's on the same day as the sprints.

If you're going to watch the grays tri, I know they're looking for marshals. Zena Shean is the marshal co ordinator

There's a few of us doing the Olympic on Sunday. Me, Steve & Reece are in the 30-34 age wave, Paul H reckon will be in Simon's wave for the more experienced athletes Smile

I'm in the Mixed Olympic wave (sunday)

A much classier group of triathlete’s, and tends to go off at a reasonable time of the day

Mike, did you get my email last night re: Sundays London to Southend?

I just wanted to know if a group were riding up there and at what time you were leaving?

Well done to the Benfleet Runners who competed yesterday. These were the people I know from the club, sorry if I missed anyone out.
