I have started to add GARMIN course exports into the diary to run alongside the MapmyRun routes Mikey has done.
Is this helpful, or do people download them direct...let me know ???

Sounds like a good idea, can you put down all my shortcuts though? Then I can pick the route I want to run. :blackeye: _________________ Whad'ya mean "Run fat boy, run"? I AM running! |

I am sure most (if not all) of our runs have now been run by club members wearing Garmins, and as such they will have the routes saved in their COURSES section...??
If so, please email me the course exports and we can add them as actual routes.
It would be nice to build up a decent, accurate record of our runs... |

I have a couple of runs saved as a course & I will email them over to you.
However, I haven't saved many runs as a course & I don't think you can save them as a course when they get overwritten. _________________ Whad'ya mean "Run fat boy, run"? I AM running! |

Thanks. once you save them on your watch as a course you can then download them to the Traning Centre Software (which holds loads if you rename them)
