Got my number through so I'm in for this one.
Anyone else doing it ? Anyone done it before ?
Report from a site I found describes it as a gently undulating run through the villages of Chignall Brealy and Chignall St James with the finish at the Chelmsford AC track.
Nervously excited....

Nice one mate.
I'm not doing it this year but I've done it the last two years and its a great course and its a good course to get a PB.
Its handy its in the afternoon as you can still go out on the beers the night before, not that I'd do that of course |

I'm running this one too.
Missed it last year because of manflu!
Looking forward to one last 10k before the xc season kicks off.

Blimey, only 2 replies yet there were loads of us over there !
We need to up the popularity of this forum, oh I know we can talk down the club, but you don't get the chance to chew over much when you're in the clubhouse or on the road. Oh alright, I'm just a bit sad.
47 mins or thereabouts for this one... |

Well done Steff. Can't believe you got another PB in these windy conditions. Who else was there? Any news on any other performances today?
I've been thinking of you whilst I've been indulging in Sunday lunch and wine with a friend |

It wasn't all that bad Deb, not as exposed as Stebbing.
Managed 37.23! Got a few scalps too from runners who have beaten me before during the year!
For me, performance of the day goes to Andy who clocked a 36.5x time, unbelievable, he did the Snowdonia marathon only three weeks ago!!!
I know a couple of the girls got pb's and Charlotte did her first 10k here.
It was a good day.
Now, where's that Shiraz!

Well done to all, yesterday. Didn't see too many of us around so I'm guessing that they were either hiding from the cold or way, way quicker than me.
Stunning runs from both Andy and Steff. You'll both be giving that Dessie fellow something to think about soon _________________ The hills are alive........ |
