Benfleet runners once again flout the strict regulations on using machines to deliver subcutaneous drugs. The runners expression clearly shows that she has more smack in her than a Rayleigh 5 year old!

A Benfleet Runner's MDM (Mud & Distance Monitor) was quoted as saying "Sorry Dave, I can't do that." when the Benfleet 15 was mentioned.

Police have recovered 4 of the missing gnomes stolen from the garden of Mrs Edna Sneed based on information from a police mole.....
