A great day out.
A varied pace due to interesting undulations! However, another strike for the forty and fat club by registering my second consecutive sub 2hour half-marathon this year(1H 59min 20sec).
Fantastic little italian restaurant post 'race' to re-stella-drate and bulk up on those carbs. I'm sure i've got this the right way round.
Does anyone know how the guys got on at Roding Valley?
