Planning on a Sunday training run to re-run the Benfleet 15.
September 14th 7.30am start.
Meet at Leigh-on-Sea station car park (pay and dispay) and run the course backwards.
Our group will be 9 min/miling, but hope to see a few more different pace groups meeting up for this one....
Ideal training for a Winter marathon...

Well done to the 12 starters this morning.
Lovely conditions, and the Downs were quite dry and hard in places.
Graeme nearly getting run down by a herd of cows, but apart from that good run.
Windy on the Canvey Sea Wall on the way back.
"we must do this again...." |

popped over there this morning ... more like 'ideal training for the GRIZZLY!' ... just a little bit soggy in places.
