Ah ha Pete that one nearly got me. I knew there were mesomorphs and ectomorphs but had to concentrate to remember which one was which. Can't remember where I acquired this useless information probably Runners World. You got me curious so I've just googled it and I now discover there are endomorphs as well.
Wasn't that the plasticine character on telly??

Excuse me Karl I don't cheat! Googling came afterwards. I stand by my mistakes - my run at Southend half comes to mind...
Actually I remembered last night having a discussion on a run about mesomorphs and ectomorphs I am racking my brains to think who I was running with - think it was John Bronze, it'd be the sort of thing he'd bring into conversation! He reckoned I was an ectomorph. Hmm he obviously hadn't seen me when I was seriously overweight
(P.S. human biology was the only science I was any good at - speaks volumes really!)
Tip Karl - make the next test the laws of physics or computer technology and I can guarantee 0/7 for me :blackeye: |
