Blimey Sarah
You're going well ....
However, think Morgan will have you with his double PB at Dark Lane ( 5k & 10k )
Ian J might well come up on the ropes, if only he could be asked to run some road races instead of doing Tri's

Lost In The Wood’s ……
You don’t want to be doing that
Hockley might well be “ Gods Own Running Country ” ….
But its not safe for outsiders to be out after dark !!!
You need GORCish blood to tame the wild woods, and the beasts that lurk within … |

Morgan Lost?
He didn't say anything last night, wait until I see him Sunday, another Tri so no merit table points this week.
Can you list the Merit Tables Races coming up on the Merit Table page, so I know which races to enter, or is that cheating? _________________ Whad'ya mean "Run fat boy, run"? I AM running! |

for the merit table it just needs to be any race that is officially measured, and is included in the distances for the merit table:
There are 5 merit table distances that you can gain point, these are 5k, 10k, 5 miles, 10 miles, half-marathon (13.1 miles)
